 Weekly Review : Week 1

DAY 1 : Tuesday , 01 November 2022 

Today was the first day of the Teaching Practice session . I reached  St Aloysius Higher Secondary School by 9:15 am. The Head Master  Mr. Sujith gave a warm welcome to the teacher trainees quoting the words "Don't fail yourself as a teacher before a 15 year old child". He also gave advices from his long years of teaching experience. 

I got my first class at 8E where the chapter MAGNETISM was introduced and during my second class at 9E the chapter PERIODIC TABLE was introduced in the class with the help of ICT, chart and activity cards.  special program for students were conducted called the 'KUTTICHANGALA' initiated by the government for spreading awareness on 'NO TO DRUGS'. I also volunteered to conduct  a quiz competition on 'KERALA PIRAVI' celebration for high school students.

DAY 2 : Wednesday , 02 November 2022   

Today I started with the topic PERIODIC TRENDS in class 9E. I have three substitution classes. The students were very much indulged and actively during introduction sessions. They shared their ambitions and the classes turned out to be very much fun. 

DAY 3 : Thursday , 03 November 2022   

Today an anti-corruption cycle rally program hosted by the Vigilance Wing of  Kollam was conducted at the morning. The Rally started from St Aloysius School to the Vigilance directorate and was flagged off in Kollam Beach. It aimed at creating awareness on anti-corruption in young minds.

The school became champions in the inter school Sports meet .It brought laurel to the School as it is after many years a schools bags this record in the Kollam education district.

 DAY 4 : Friday , 04 November 2022   

Today I was able to complete the topic MAGNETISATION in 8E and IONISATION ENERGY in 9E using ADVANCE ORGANISER MODEL. Pupils were facilitated to do the text book questions and activities.
