                                           Weekly Review : Week 8


DAY 35 : Monday , 09 January 2023

Today had class in 9E during fourth hour. The chlorine chapter was introduced to the students using experiments.The live experiments in the class turned out to be quite interesting. Dr.Shamna Rani Miss observed my class today, it was a wonerful experience.

DAY 36 : Tuesday , 10 January 2023     

Today during my class in 8th the ray diagrams were discussed and in 9E the new chapter current electricity was introduced.It was Parents- Teachers meeting from afternoon in the school. The meeting started by 1.30 pm in the afternoon. A general meeting was convened in the side hall of the school to address the parents of class 10 students. The Head master Mr. Sujith welcomed the gathering. A very short Career Guidance session was  give by the Social Science faculty Mr. Anil. Further interaction of parents and teachers followed.

DAY 37 :Wednesday , 11 January 2023   

Today had class at 9E,the topic electromotive force were discussed.As the powerpoint slides didn't work the lecture method was carried out during the class. 

DAY 38 : Thursday , 12 January 2023    

In 9E,the topic "Identification of Chlorine" was discussed. Both Nancy miss and Shamna miss came for observation of the class. Experiments were demonstrated and the students actively participated in them.The precipitation reactions aroused great curiosity among them.Feedbacks from teachers were provided and it was indeed a different experience.

DAY 39 : Friday , 13 January 2023   

Today had class at 9E,the problems from the chapter electricity were discussed. During the class hour a copy of material on Indian constitution was distributed in the class. Students took turn to read out the copy and awareness about the constitution was given to children.

Weekly Review : Week 5 DAY 16 : Monday , 10 July 2023  I had class during the afternoon. The chemistry continuation topics and questions were discussed in the class. It was a nice experience. DAY 17 : Tuesday , 11 July 2023  In today's assembly the students talk about the population since it was the population day.Had no class today so prepared some works regarding project work.The day went well. DAY 18 : Wednesday , 12 July 2023  Today I reached at 9:10 a.m. In assembly headmaster talked about Malala a it was Malala day . On afternoon I had a class in 9 in fifth period where I taught them"Atomic number and mass number". Before the class I was well prepared with charts and videos to be presented.During the class students did the activities provided.After the class I had no classes, so I prepared for my coming classes. Weekly Reflection / Week - 1 / EDU 401.2 : School Internship Phase II

   Weekly Review : Week 1 DAY 1 : Wednesday , 14 June 2023   Today was the first day of the Teaching Practice session Phase II . I reached  St Aloysius Higher Secondary School by 9:15 am. The Head Master  Mr. Sujith gave a warm welcome to the teacher trainees. After the meeting we were alloted various classes. I was assigned class 9G . The first chapter Forces in fluids of the subject physics was introduced to the students. DAY 2 : Thursday , 15 June 2023   A pretest regarding my project was conducted in the class and the topic factors influencing buoyancy was presented to them.  The school planted many tree saplings in the School premises as part of the GO GREEN initiative by the student police cadets of the school.
